The family are typically based in the Hudson Valley. Hilarie’s husband Jeffrey just purchased an apartment in the Noho neighborhood of Manhattan for $2.85 million. The two-bedroom co-op is everything you’d expect to find in the chic downtown neighborhood: It boasts an open floor plan of more than 2,600 square feet, with windows lining the living and dining areas. This flows into a chef’s kitchen complete with white Carrera marble countertops and top-of-the-line appliances, including a Viking Refrigerator. You’ll find Brazilian walnut hardwood floors throughout the apartment, which “are basked in light from the oversize double windows,” according to the listing. Exposed brick and clean lines also enhance the minimalist design.
The master bedroom features the same details found throughout the home, plus amenities like an en suite bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi tub and a rain shower. A massive walk-in closet with built-ins provides plenty of storage space.
Although the high-end finishes make the apartment a comfortable place to call home, Morgan, his wife (actress Hilarie Burton), and their two children have no plans of leaving their Hudson Valley property entirely. The family enjoys raising their cows, ducks, alpaca, chickens, miniature donkeys, and dogs on the estate. Plus, the actor is a copartner with Paul Rudd in the Samuel’s Sweet Shop in Rhinebeck.
